New life is about to be breathed into the picturesque village of Rosemarkie on the Black Isle, as what was once a care home, is transformed into 11 luxury apartments.
A comprehensive restoration and conversion project has started on the landmark Victorian building, which has stood empty for some time.
Once completed, it will be home to 11 two and three-bedroom apartments, which are now being sold off-plan.
William Gray Construction bought the well-known beachfront building in Rosemarkie through its sister company Ark Estates, in June. It has now been granted planning permission and the project is expected to complete next summer.
Each property will have its own unique layout, from a garden-level apartment to a third-floor home with a large glass balcony and stunning views. Most of the upper apartments will have lift access and residents will benefit from secure entry and private parking.

Rosemarkie is also an excellent base from which to enjoy outdoor pursuits such as golfing, sailing, hillwalking and fishing, but is also within easy commuting distance of Inverness, Beauly and Dingwall.
