What: The Scottish Traditional Boat Festival held its annual fundraising dinner for sponsors and supporters.
Where: Portsoy Town Hall, Seafield Street, Portsoy.
Who: More than 100 guests attended the event and enjoyed a dinner of local produce from land and sea supplied by Annie’s Wee Catering Company. Following the meal, guests were regaled by speaker and emeritus professor of bacteriology, Hugh Pennington.
Why: The aim of the event was to raise funds towards supporting this year’s Scottish Traditional Boat Festival, to be held on July 4 and 5 in Portsoy.
