Alexa Chung: I’m long overdue losing my lesbian virginity

Alexa Chung has said she is overdue on losing her “lesbian virginity”, saying she has not ruled out a relationship with a woman.

The model and designer, 34, has only been in romantic relationships with men up until now, including actor Alexander Skarsgard.

She told Porter magazine: “I’m long overdue losing my lesbian virginity, but I just think it’s super old-fashioned to expect anything from anyone, I think everyone is on a spectrum of whatever they prefer.

“I would never discount the idea that I could have a relationship with a woman at some point.

“I haven’t been sexually attracted to one yet.”

Chung said she is currently dating several people, admitting her love life is “very confusing” right now.

She said: “The fact that you can even date several people simultaneously blows my mind.

“Like it literally makes me clutch my petticoat.”

The star also shared her views on marriage in the wide-ranging interview, saying: “I just don’t get why marriage is different from non-marriage – I just don’t get it.

“I don’t subscribe to the fact that you need one man to be happy: I think it’s a really crappy, anti-feminist sentiment.”

The latest issue of Porter is on sale on February 9.
