Chrissy Teigen has revealed she is torn over undergoing further breast surgery due to fears of complications on the operating table.
The TV presenter, 34, had her first procedure when she was a 20-year-old swimsuit model but has since had two children with singer husband John Legend.
Teigen admitted she would like to have her implants removed before undergoing a lift, but has so far been put off by the risks of surgery.
In a cover interview with Glamour magazine, she said: “Yeah, I did my boobs when I was about 20 years old. It was more for a swimsuit thing. I thought, if I’m going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky! But then you have babies and they fill up with milk and deflate and now I am screwed.”
Teigen, who married Legend, 41, in 2013, said her initial surgery kept the same cup size but made her breasts “rounder and firmer”.
“I had a quarter ‘teardrop’ cup in the bottom and filled out the breast line,” she said.
“But I want them out now. If I could do one thing, it would be to have a lift. I think you’re supposed to replace (implants) every 10 years. But when you have kids you think about (the risks) of surgery and I think, ‘This is not the way I want to die, in boob surgery.’”
In the same interview, former Sports Illustrated model Teigen also opened up on her body confidence and how motherhood changed how she viewed herself.
She is mother to daughter Luna, three, and son Miles, one.
“I used to weigh myself every morning, afternoon and night,” the Lip Sync Battle host said.
“I knew what the scales would say after each meal. I did that for eight years and had this one weight I wanted to be at.
“That changed with Luna, and really changed with Miles, where it took me a year to be comfortable with my new normal number.”
