Delays following two-vehicle crash on A92 near Bridge of Don

A two-vehicle crash on the A92 at Bridge of Don has caused delays this morning. The incident, which took place near to the Denmore roundabout, took place at around 8.15am. A police spokeswoman said: “No one was injured in the incident.” Police are currently waiting for the vehicles to be recovered.


Major north-east road blocked after two-car crash

Police say the A92 is blocked south of St Cyrus following a two-car collision. The head-on crash happened on Lower North Water Bridge at around 4.55pm. Ambulance and fire crews are also in attendance at the scene. It is not know if anyone has been hurt or how severe any injuries may be. More follows.


Busy north-east road blocked in both directions after crash

The A92 is reportedly blocked in both directions near St Cyrus after a two vehicle crash. Nobody has been seriously hurt in the crash between a lorry and a car this morning. Recovery units are en route but the road will remain closed until the vehicles are removed from the road.  


Man killed on north-east road identified

February 22, 2016

Police have confirmed that a man who died following a crash on a north-east road has been formally identified. He has been named as 79-year-old George McAllister from Broughty Ferry. The smash happened on the A92 Arbroath to Montrose road on Friday, February 19. As with all sudden deaths a report will submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
