Crafty volunteers are getting together to help lonely older people in Moray this winter.
Aberdeen school pupils have entertained lonely pensioners with a tea party after teaming with a charity dedicated to combating social isolation among older people.
A charity which has been helping ease social isolation for Inverness’ elderly for nearly 20 years has launched an appeal for the next flurry of kind-hearted volunteers to join its ranks.
