Jack-knifed crane causes hold-ups in Aberdeen

A jack-knifed crane is causing hold-ups on a street near Aberdeen Harbour. York Street is said to be blocked due to the incident, thought to have happened between 2pm and 3pm. The crane is said to have been getting shifted from a harbour vessel to a storage yard when it happened. More to follow.
