The city council has conceded there will be a public consultation on the closure of Cornhill, Cults, Ferryhill, Kaimhill, Northfield, and Woodside libraries – as well as Bucksburn swimming pool – after the axe fell in April. It has kept a looming legal challenge out of the courts for now.
