Three people charged following serious assault in Aberdeen

[[text]]Three people have been charged in relation to an alleged serious assault in the Union Terrace area of Aberdeen.
A 44-year-old man and a woman, 17, were admitted to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary following the incident, which took place shortly after 8pm on Saturday, to be treated for their injuries.
The man’s injuries are serious but not life-threatening.
The woman’s injuries are not believed to be serious.
Two men, aged 15 and 17, and a woman, 20, will appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court tomorrow.
Detective Inspector David Howieson said: “We are grateful to members of the public who have supported us with this inquiry and to the community for its patience while the investigation was carried out.”
