Police are carrying out inquiries after the body of a man was found in Fort William.
The body is not Richard Swanson, who had been missing from the town since Friday night.
Mr Swanson was traced safe and well in the Lochaber area this morning, police said.
Just before 6pm yesterday a member of the public discovered a body in the An Aird area of the town, on rough ground adjacent to Fort William Fire Station.
A police spokesman said: “There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding this incident however police are keen to speak with any members of the public who have any information on a male aged in his late 50’s who has been sleeping rough in the area recently.”
