Two roads notorious in times of cold weather have been shut today following wintery weather warnings.

The B974 snowgates between Banchory to Fettercairn were closed at 07:31am and the A939 Ballater – Corgarff shut at  08:57am.

It comes following warnings from forecasters. (Click here)
