The book, which debunks fat-loss myths, and includes encouraging ways to make small changes to your lifestyle for long-term health and sustainable weight loss.

Mr Baptie said it felt “rather surreal” to have such huge success so quickly.

Having worked with hundreds of clients, including multinational companies and professional football clubs such as Dundee FC and Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC, nutrition specialist Mr Baptie has refined his methodology to ensure it delivers positive results for working people.

He said: “There have been so many different people with unique stories, experiences, relationships with food and so on.

“Every one has been a learning experience and they’ve all helped to me to understand what they struggle with.

“I was able to share many of the solutions in the book.

“I initially wrote the book because people are constantly being bombarded with confusing weight loss advice and I felt I had to do something about it.

“My book is for anyone who is fed-up with dieting, detoxing, punishing fitness regimes, ‘clean eating’ and deprivation.”

Since the book was released last week, it has remained in Amazon’s top 40 fitness novels.

Mr Baptie feels he has shared all his weight loss tips in 101 Ways to Lose Weight and Never Find it Again, but is considering writing a recipe book in the future.
