Two people were taken to hospital with serious injuries following a crash in the north-east.
The incident, involving a motorbike and a car, happened on B974 at Strachan at around 2.05pm yesterday.
The driver and motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
The road was closed for more than seven hours and reopened at around 9.40pm.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.05pm on Sunday, emergency services were called to the B974 at Strachan following a crash involving a car and a motorbike.
“Both the driver and the motorcyclist were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with serious injuries and the road was closed until around 9.40pm.”
