Three fire engines and a height vehicle were called to the address at Rowan Road, in the Hilton area, at around 10.12am. The fire was extinguished by 10.37am. It is understood the electrical fire broke out in the loft. Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service are still in attendance. The road was closed earlier for the fire to be brought under control. One male casualty is currently being treated at the scene by paramedics.
