Eleanor Mackintosh, of Glenlivet, Ballindalloch, was returned unopposed to serve in Moray (ward 4). Following elections by postal vote, counted at Aviemore and Ballater on Thursday the following candidates were chosen to serve on the remaining areas. Deirdre Falconer, of Kingussie (ward 1), Willie McKenna, of Rothiemurchus, Aviemore (ward 2), and Geva Blackett, of Braemar (ward 5). Replacement Lilac Ballot papers were issued for ward 3 and must be completed and returned in the pre-paid envelope by 4pm on Thursday, March 28. The counting of the votes for this ward will take place that evening at the Aviemore Community Centre.
