Investigations are continuing into an attempted robbery at takeaway in Thurso at the weekend.
Two men are being sought in connection with the incident at the fish and chip shop on Provost Sinclair Road in the Caithness town at around 4.15pm on Friday.
Yesterday a police spokesman said: “Inquiries are ongoing into this incident.
“Anyone with information is urged to get in touch”.
The first man is described as being mid-twenties, about 5ft 7in and of average build, with short brown hair and wearing a green hooded jacket.
The second suspect is also believed to be in his mid-twenties, about 5ft 7-8in and of average build. He has short hair and was wearing a white top with black writing.
Neither man is though to have an accent local to Caithness.
These males were last seen moments after the incident walking into the High Ormlie area of Thurso.
