Police are appealing to the public to help find a missing 67-year-old man who was reported missing from his Moray home in the early hours of this morning.
Ian Neale, a keen fisherman who frequents the River Findhorn, was last seen at 4am leaving his home in the Forres area.
A major search is ongoing along the river involving police search teams and coastguard units from Inverness, Nairn, Burghead and Lossiemouth, as well as the Inverness coastguard helicopter.
Mr Neale is described as white, with grey hair and a reddish complexion and wearing brown boots, a brown Gillet and a Ghillie style hat. He may also have a green rain jacket and a black beanie style hat with him.
Any sightings of Mr Neale should be reported to Police Scotland on 101.
