A cow is causing slow traffic on the side of A90 at Hatterseat. Drivers are slowing down to stare. A police spokesperson said: “We’ve had a report of a cow in the road at Hatterseat on the A90. “It’s being dealt with just now.” There are also reports of a sheep moving around on the road at Belhelvie.
