Andrew Driver to make first Aberdeen start this afternoon

Andrew Driver will make his debut in an Aberdeen shirt this afternoon – playing for the club’s under-20s against Ross County.

Driver is one of a number of experienced first team players taking to the pitch and he will come up against former Hearts team mate Ruben Palazuelos, who is starting for the Staggies team.

Free scoring striker Lawrence Shankland also starts for the Dons as do first team squad regulars Joe Shaughnessy, Clark Robertson, Cammy Smith and Nicky Low.

The Staggies have also named an experienced team with Palazuelos joined by first team regulars Rocco Quinn and Terry Dunfield, while Ivory Coast defender Abdoulaye Meite also starts for the Staggies.
