Scores detained in Russian protests against extremist case

Police in Moscow and St Petersburg have detained about 50 people taking part in unauthorised demonstrations against a criminal case filed against 10 young Russians for allegedly taking part in an extremist group which aimed to overthrow the government.

Indicted Russian businessman ‘ordered killing and attacks’

A security officer of businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin, who has been indicted in the US for trying to interfere with the 2016 American election, said the Russian mogul has been involved in attacks on several people and at least one killing, according to reports.
