Who: The invite-only event hosted 50 senior industry clients and local suppliers
Why: The company recognised local supplier partnerships with the following renowned north-east companies attending: Mackintosh of Glendaveny, Amity Fish Company, Barra Berries, Benzies of Turriff, Donald Russell, Stonehaven’s Bay Fish & Chips, and Cambus O’May.
On the night, guests were led across the castle’s lantern-lit grounds and welcomed by a piper to the black-tie event.
A champagne reception and guided tours of the castle set the scene for what was a memorable evening.
The dinner featured elements from the seven local suppliers and gave ESS chefs and students from New College Lanarkshire the opportunity to work with the very best local produce, delivering a meal of exceptional quality.
