Who: Two-hundred-and-thirty food and drink industry representatives, who gathered to celebrate 25 years of innovation from local producers, were welcomed by Grampian Food Forum Chairman, Keith Whyte, of Mitchells.
After dinner Forum member, Alan Meikle, of Hamlyns of Scotland, announced the winners while Chief Operating Office of Scotmid Co-operative Foods and head judge, Colin McLean, presented winners with their unique hand-crafted trophies
Why: The awards are held annually to recognise the best new products and good business practice of businesses from across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray, and it was particularly significant to be celebrating 25 years of innovation during Scotland’s Year of Food & Drink.
