Police say the death of baby boy in Aberdeen is “unexplained”.
Officers have been on duty outside the home in Northfield since 9.30am on Saturday.
The baby was seven months old.
There is a police presence at the home as officers continue to make inquiries into the death of the infant.
A police spokeswoman said: “Officers were called to Marchburn Park, Aberdeen at around 9.20am on Saturday, October 29 following the sudden death of a seven month old baby boy.
“It is being treated as unexplained and inquiries are ongoing.”
