A rescue operation has been launched after a windsurfer was reported missing off the coast of Fife earlier today. Two lifeboats from the RNLI station at Anstruther have joined the search alongside a helicopter from Prestwick The alarm was raised just after 4pm and the windsurfer was last seen at Crail.
