Police closed a north-east road due to drifting snow.
Motorists were advised that the A939 Corgarff road was closed but access to the Lecht Ski Centre was still possible from Tomintoul. It re-opened a short time later. The snow gates on the A939 at Cockbridge were also closed for a while but are now open again.
Several parts of Scotland woke up to snowy scenes this morning. Motorists reported issues on the A82 and police in Oban reminded motorists to take care and consider if their journey was really necessary.
