Those measures will come into force at Fraserburgh, Inverurie, Mearns, Portlethen, Turriff and Westhill academies tomorrow.
Pupils in S1-S3 are to be excused attendance but will be expected to complete work at home.
Kemnay will introduce similar measures on Friday.
A number of the schools said it was down to a struggle to have enough staff, as more go into isolation as per government guidelines.
A spokesman for Fraserburgh Academy said the early partial closure was being introduced “due to teacher absence as per guidance on social distancing and self-isolation”.
He added: “There are no confirmed cases of Covid-19 in school.
“This situation will be reviewed and updated.”
