Road chiefs are warning of build ups in Market Street and Virginia Street after North Esplanade West closed yesterday. This is to allow resurfacing works to take place. The restriction on the southbound carriageway will be until midnight on March 14. An alternative route is available via Victoria Road, Menzies Road, Craig Place and Queen Elizabeth Bridge.
