A man has been disqualified from driving after he drove at “excessive speeds” and crashed into parked vehicles.
Pawel Lipinski was also hit with a hefty fine after admitting the offences, which took place on April 4.
Yesterday Lipinski appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court for sentencing.
Fiscal depute Jamie Dunbar told the court that he repeatedly crashed into a car parked at Orkney Avenue.
Lipinski subsequently drove too fast on Cummings Park Circle, and hit another parked vehicle.
Mr Dunbar told the court that when passers-by helped him from the car, he was visibly under the influence of alcohol and they called the police.
The 29-year-old, whose address was listed as care of Agata Bochanek, Flat A, 12 Seaton Road, Aberdeen, also refused to provide two specimens of breath for analysis at a police station in Great Northern Road.
Defence agent Charles Benzies told the court Lipinski was in the middle of a divorce and had hit the bottle due to stress.
Sheriff Margaret Hodge fined Lipinski £1,200 and banned him from driving for 15 months.
