The Met Office is warning of potential travel disruption across the Highlands and Islands with heavy rain expected on Saturday.
A yellow weather warning has been issued with outbreaks of rain becoming persistent and occasionally heavy across western parts of the region.
A combination of rain and melting snow is likely to lead to some flooding in a few places.
Strong to gale force southwesterly winds may also exacerbate tricky travel conditions.
A Met Office statement said: “Heavy rain and some snow melt may lead to some travel disruption through Saturday.
“Bus and train services will probably be affected with spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer.
“Flooding of a few homes and businesses is also possible.”
The warning is expected to last from 6am until midnight.
