Gairloch High School will reopen tomorrow after a burst water pipe forced 107 pupils to remain at home today.
And instead of missing out on the Halloween celebrations planned for today, the school are planning to host them tomorrow instead.
Posting to social media, the school apologised for any convenience caused to the 107 pupils that attend Gairloch High School.
Now, the school have confirmed via their Facebook page the water pipe has been “fixed” and school will resume as normal tomorrow.
After being deprived of the opportunity to wear their Halloween costumes to class, the school are urging their pupils to wear them tomorrow instead.
Pupils are also advised to take money along with them to purchase any goods from the sixth year’s bake sale.
A post on social media said: “Glad to inform you that burst pipe has been fixed and school will be open as normal tomorrow.
“Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
“Please dress up in your Halloween outfit and bring some money for the bake sale organised by our S6 team.”
