A youngster is currently being treated at Raigmore Hospital following the collision outside Dornoch Academy, at about 3.40pm. An air ambulance was requested to airlift the youngster to the hospital in Inverness The collision is understood to have involved one car and one pedestrian. The child was believed to be conscious. Police have confirmed the road has now been reopened.
