The accident happened at 9.20am on the A98 Tynet to Lintmill road at Buckie. The road has been closed between the High Street junction with the A98 in Buckie and the March Road junction. Diversions are in place. The male cyclist has been taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin. More to follow.
