A man has pleaded guilty to the theft of hair straighteners and cash from a Peterhead salon.
Patrick Thorne, of Park Lane, Peterhead, admitted to breaking into LN Studio while on bail for other offences.
The 25-year-old appeared in Peterhead Sheriff Court yesterday facing charges for a number of alleged break-ins.
Thorne pled guilty to breaking into LN Studio on Broad Street, stealing a money box, a quantity of hair straighteners and a quantity of money.
He also admitted a charge relating to an offence in Boots, Marischal street on November 12.
The case was adjourned for the completion of relevant reports.

Thorne will appear in court again on December 20.
