The 51-year-old lawyer had just collected his breakfast but dropped his swipe card to leave the car park.
He reached into the foot well to pick up the card but accidentally stepped on the accelerator – sending the £100,000 luxury car surging forward through three barriers.
It ploughed through the glass front of the food court in Kuala Lumpar, Malaysia, shattering the glass causing thousands of pounds worth of damage.
Onlooker Ryan Haziq, 25, said: ”I was walking home on the other side of the parking lot and heard a huge noise. I thought it was a bomb at first.
”Then I saw the car inside the restaurant and I couldn’t quite believe what had happened.”
