Leaders’ Debate: First poll results in

A halftime poll conducted by ITV and pollsters ComRes puts Nigel Farage as both the best, and worst, performer.

The poll questioned 615 viewers at the break in the leaders’ debate and the results are as follows:

Best performers:

Nigel Farage: 24%

Ed Miliband: 21%

David Cameron: 19%

Nicola Sturgeon: 18%

Nick Clegg: 10%

Natalie Bennett: 7%

Leanne Wood: 2%

Worst performers:

Nigel Farage: 22%

Natalie Bennett: 21%

Leanne Wood: 18%

David Cameron: 17%

Ed Miliband: 10%

Nick Clegg: 7%

Nicola Sturgeon: 6%
