The Fernie - Kitchen
The Fernie - Kitchen

Barratt Homes’ has unveiled not one, but two new showhomes at its recently launched Mill Brae development in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, spoiling potential customers with choice and style.

Designed by Karen Wootton at the Design House, Aberdeen, the two showhomes demonstrate the Balmoral and Fernie housetypes. Each offers luxury four-bedroom family accommodation with every modern convenience including spacious lounge, kitchen and dining areas.

Both have been designed with the modern homeowner in mind, and while the Balmoral features a grown-up palette of cool tones and rich textures, the neighbouring Fernie has been given a more youthful twist, with splashes of colour and fun accessories.

Providing a pleasant break from the hubbub of city life, Mill Brae offers a range of high-quality two, three and four-bedroom homes in a quiet location just four miles from Aberdeen.

The development lies to the north of Bridge of Don, offering close access to local shops and schools as well as excellent commuter links to Aberdeen and great leisure opportunities including Aberdeen and Balmedie beaches, restaurants and golf courses.

Mike Cowie, sales director at Barratt North Scotland, said: “The new showhomes demonstrate the spacious, stylish and flexible family accommodation on offer at our new Mill Brae development. With Aberdeen and the surrounding area being such a sought-after area for homebuyers, Barratt Homes is committed to providing quality homes throughout the region. Mill Brae enjoys an excellent location that is peaceful yet close to the action. We’re already experiencing high demand, and we expect the development to sell fast.”

The showhome at Mill Brae is open Tuesday-Sunday 10.30am-5.30pm and Monday 1pm-5.30pm.
