The 20ft crab boat had to be towed back to Lochboisdale after suffering suspected engine problems near the harbour itself. The two man crew was rescued by a fish farm vessel which was in the area and their craft was towed back by a second boat. The Barra lifeboat was also launched but was not required at the scene. A ground team from Lochboisdale was also dispatched to assist. Already a subscriber? Sign in [[title]] [[text]] Close
