Police are investigating after receiving reports that an air rifle was shot in an Aberdeen street.
The incident occurred on Tuesday in Gort Road, Tillydrone, and a member of the public reported it to the police stating they believed it was an air rifle shot that they heard.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “We have been made aware of concerns from a member of the public involving an air rifle.
“Inquiries are ongoing and anyone with information should contact Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 if you would prefer to remain anonymous.”
