A BBC drama set in Aberdeen is making its debut on screen this December.
The three-part series called Granite Harbour, is due to hit people’s screens on Thursday December 1.
Starring Romario Simpson as Lance Corporal David Lindo, the BBC crime drama follows the story of the DC who arrives in Aberdeen as a new police recruit.

He is put on a murder case involving a well-known oil figure, and paired with mentor DCI Tara “Bart” Bartlett, played by Dundee-born Hannah Donaldson.
Many Aberdeen locations were used during filming
It filmed at many locations in the city and drew interest from passers by in May when shooting was ongoing.
Scenes were captured at various locations in Aberdeen including Marischal College, Marischal Square, Castlegate and Windmill Brae.
Even Aberdeen’s Fittie Bar was transformed for the occasion.
While other scenes were shot in Glasgow, it is hoped the drama will feature many well-known spots from the “dramatic cityscape of Aberdeen”.
Speaking about the series previously, Louise Thornton, head of commissioning at BBC Scotland, said audiences were in for a treat with a story she described as “intriguing and captivating”.
Granite Harbour will debut on Thursday, December 1 on BBC Scotland and can be watched on BBC 1 on the following Fridays.
