Image: DC Thomson. A north-east woman allegedly drove into her former partner. Mhairi-Ann Baxter, known as McLellan, 48, had her case continued without plea yesterday at Aberdeen Sheriff Court. She is accused of assaulting her former partner by reversing her vehicle at him and striking him. There is also an alternative charge of dangerous driving. McLellan did not appear in person during the hearing and her case was continued without plea until next month.
