Courtney Ramsay, 14, of Rattray, was last seen around 10.20pm in the Seagate area of Dundee. She was last seen with her friend Kelsie Cooper, 13, from the Hilltown area of the city, who has also been reported missing. Courtney is described as being five feet inches tall, of medium build with fair-coloured hair. When last seen, she was wearing a multi-coloured dress, with maroon-coloured trainers and a carrying a black coloured shoulder bag. Anyone who knows where either girl is or who has information is asked to contact police. Kelsie is described as around 5ft 1in tall, of medium build with shoulder-length purple hair. She was last seen wearing a black dress with a daisy pattern and white Converse trainers.
