Allan Macleod, pictured, and his Bught Park squad, runners-up in the 1993 final, face a tricky test against the islanders, winners six years ago and with Shockie Maclennan in scoring form.
In yesterday’s ballot in Inverness Aberdour, in a first team semi-final for the first time, were paired with South Second Division pacesetters Ballachulish.
The semi-finals will be played at neutral venues on June 14 with the final at Taynuilt on July 12.
The Aberdein Considine Sutherland Cup quarter-finals were also drawn with Lochbroom, who have never reached a semi-final, given home advantage against 2009 winners Fort William.
Lovat, who beat Glenurquhart in the 2010 final, meet them again at Drumnadrochit in another tasty tie.
Kingussie, winners three years ago and featuring veteran Kevin Thain, who has won an array of Camanachd Cup medals, have been drawn at home. But they must wait for The Scots regimental team to face Beauly, whose last Sutherland triumph was 57 years ago.
The other quarter-final is an all-South match with Kyles Athletic, winners in 1998 and runners-up three years ago, playing host to Lochside Rovers, who were the beaten finalists in 2010.
These ties are scheduled for June 7.
