Want more for your money? Here’s a four bedroom home for under £300K

The stunning home could be yours for a fixed price of

The stunning home could be yours for a fixed price of £279,500

If you have a budget of £300,000 but you want something that will give you more for your money, then this property should be at the top of your viewing list this weekend.

This lovely four bedroom home can be found at 11 Greczylo Gardens in Oldmeldrum.

It is now on the market for a fixed price of £279,500 –  a great price for the size of home. A quick comparison with similar-sized properties in Aberdeen shows you would be paying £100,000 plus for living in the city.

And the asking price is well below the valuation – a bargain! Just imagine what you can spend your left over budget on!

That’s the first of many great things about this home as you are about to find out.

The location is my second favourite thing. I actually live just a few miles outside Oldmeldrum and I can tell you, it’s a brilliant place to live. It has a welcoming community feel and is perfect for those with children or someone wanting to experience the countryside lifestyle.

There’s independent shops, schools, and lots of great walks nearby for outdoor lovers and those with dogs.

You’ll have all this and much more right on your doorstep if you are lucky enough to be the next owner of this superb property.

The detached villa has four bedrooms, all a great size, an ensuite for the master bedroom and a shower room providing a Jack and Jill facility to two of the other double bedrooms.

Have a look at some photographs of the home here:

There are many highlights in this home but two that really stand out for me is the sun lounge and the open plan kitchen and dining room.

Kitchen and dining room

They say first impressions count – and I was definitely impressed the first time I saw the pictures of this beautifully styled and practical area. Kitchen lovers, this one ticks all the boxes. It’s big with lots of work space and equally lots of storage as well.

It’s got a lovely modern feel and is flooded with light. An elegant archway frames the dining room beautifully, ensuring it has its own space but could easy feel like one big room.

I can just imagine having guests over to dinner, them sitting at the table chatting away while I am making some last- minute preparations in the kitchen. It’s also great for those with kids – easy to keep an eye on them while they are doing homework and you are cooking tea.

Sun Lounge

This is a room I’d love to spend time in come rain or shine. It’s a lovely relaxing spot and I can imagine a cosy room when winter comes and you can watch the snow fall – without getting cold.
