General Election constituency results will be staggered throughout tonight and into tomorrow with a wide range of declaration times predicted for constituencies across the country.

Na h_Eileanan an Iar expected to be the first Scottish result declared, at 1.30, two and a half hours after the first English seats, Houghton & Sunderland South in the north of England.
