On 17 November 2016, we published an article headed ‘Nurse struck off over serial flaws’, which related to registered nurse Kathleen Matheson, who worked at Woodend Hospital, Aberdeen, and Castle Lodge Nursing Home at Inverbervie.
Unfortunately, we published incorrectly a photograph of another Kathleen Matheson, a care assistant, with the article. We wish to apologise to the Kathleen Matheson who was not connected to this case for any upset and confusion that was caused.
