Known for her retro and eccentric style, London-born Paloma Faith will soon bring her contemporary soul music to Aberdeen.

From which songs she’ll perform to where to park near the venue, here’s everything you need to know about Paloma Faith’s Aberdeen show.

When and where will Paloma Faith perform?

The talented singer will kick off her The Age Of Optimism Summer 2022 tour in Aberdeen’s Music Hall on Tuesday May 31. She was originally supposed to open her tour in Edinburgh on Thursday June 2.

Doors open at 7pm. Paloma’s support act will perform from 7.45pm to 8.15pm, and Paloma will be on stage from 8.45pm to 10.15pm.

Paloma is really looking forward to being back on the road. She said: “I love nothing more than singing for you all and hearing you sing back to me. There’s nothing like it.”

Which songs will she perform?

BRIT award-winning artist Paloma will perform an array of hits from her extensive and much-loved repertoire. The Aberdeen show will have her fans singing along to classics such as Only Love Can Hurt Like This and Lullaby as well as songs from her newest album Infinite Things.

When did Paloma Faith release her last album?

Her fifth studio Infinite Things was released in November 2020. Some of the album’s most popular songs include Better Than This, Gold and Monster.

When did she last play Aberdeen?

Paloma Faith – whose debut album Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful? was certified double platinum in the UK – last visited Aberdeen in 2018 during her The Architect tour when she performed at Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre.

The gifted musician also previously entertained her Aberdeen fans at the Music Hall in 2014 with a setlist taken from her third studio album A Perfect Contradiction.

Aberdeen’s Music Hall is located on Union Street, within a few minutes’ walk from the bus and train stations. If you are travelling by car, there is nearby parking on Golden Square, and the Chapel Street multi-storey car park.
