Flood alerts and warnings are in place across the north and north-east for high tides today.
Sepa has issued flood warnings for Stonehaven and parts of Orkney and the Western Isles due to high tides and stormy weather.
Alerts are also in place for Caithness and Sutherland, Easter Ross and Great Glen, Findhorn, Nairn, Shetland and the Wester Ross.
Sepa say flooding is most likely to occur on low-lying land and roads, but some properties will also be at risk.
Risk during high tide
A warning is in place for Stonehaven, with “high astronomical tides and stormy weather” meaning overtopping could hit Cowie at about 2am.
The warnings for Orkney are in place for Burray and Ayre of Cara, Churchhill Barriers, St Margaret’s Hope, Longhope and Hoy, Sandy for high tide, which is expected between 9pm-11pm.
Residents have been advised to remain vigilant and take relevant actions to protect themselves and their properties.
The periods of high tide in Wick on Sunday are expected to be around 11am and 11pm, and at around 8.50am and 8.50pm in Rapness.
In Ullapool and Stornoway, high tide will be after 6am and 6pm.
The Sunday evening tide will also hold the greatest risk of flooding in Shetland, according to Sepa.
High wind warnings
On Sunday morning, Traffic Scotland issued a warning for the Skyle and Dornoch bridges.
They have advised road users to “use caution” as driving conditions may be affected.
