Pop superstars Westlife will soon return to Aberdeen for the first time in 13 years.
The Irish boy band will perform their greatest hits in the Granite City as part of The Wild Dreams Tour, which included a sold-out show at the famous Wembley Stadium in London.
When and where will Westlife perform?
Westlife will play Aberdeen’s P&J Live at 8.45pm on Thursday November 17. Doors open at 6pm. The support act will take to the stage at 7.30pm and the show should end around 10.30pm.
What are Westlife known for?
Westlife are an Irish pop vocal group that formed in Dublin in 1998.
Shane, Nicky, Mark and Kian have established themselves as one of the world’s biggest boy bands of the 21st Century, having sold more than 55 million records worldwide and they are the only band to have their first seven singles enter the UK chart at number one.
They have had 33 number-one albums worldwide and, as a live act, they have sold five million concert tickets worldwide and counting.

Which songs will they perform?
Westlife will surely belt out all of their greatest hits including Swear It Again, Flying Without Wings and World Of Our Own, as well as fresh pop anthems from their new album, Wild Dreams, which was released in November 2021.
Who’s the support act?
Electro-pop queen Lyra will be supporting Westlife at Aberdeen’s P&J Live. The Irish singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist’s most-known songs are Falling, and Edge of Seventeen. The musician has just announced she’ll return to Aberdeen on April 15 – she will play The Lemon Tree.
Tickets for Lyra’s Lemon Tree gig will go on sale at 10am on Thursday November 17.
How do I get to P&J Live to see Westlife in Aberdeen?
Venue bosses would like to encourage gig-goers to use public transport.
Bus
Stagecoach will be operating its 727 Service between Union Square and P&J Live, running every 15-30 minutes.
Additional buses will depart from Union Square to the venue on a dedicated PJ1 service from 6.10pm. PJ3 service will depart from Kingswells Park & Ride to the venue at 7pm.
Buses will depart back into Aberdeen city centre and Kingswells Park & Ride after the event is finished. These will depart from the front of the Hilton Hotel.
Car
Attendees can enter via Dyce Drive or A96 if travelling southbound, as other entry points are bus gates only. Visitors can exit via all three exits, at the A96, Dyce Drive and Wellheads Drive.
Will food and drink be available?
Yes, all P&J Live bars, kiosks and The Mill Coffee Shop will be in operation.
