Fire crews, police and ambulances are at the scene of “serious” road crash in Aberdeenshire.
One car was involved in the crash on the A92 at Inverbervie bridge at around 4.20 pm.
Three fire appliances, two ambulances and police vehicles are at the scene.
There are currently no details on any injuries but an ambulance service spokesman said the crash was a “serious collision.”
A police spokesman said: “Police Scotland would like to advise motorists that the A92 has been closed at Inverbervie because of a serious one-vehicle road traffic collision which happened at around 4.25pm today, 22 June, 2015.
“Emergency vehicles are in attendance at the scene and motorists are thanked for their patience while the incident is dealt with.”
A fire service spokesman said: “We’re still assessing the situation.”
An ambulance spokesman said: “We are currently in attendance at a road traffic collision with the police and fire service.
“We received the call at 4.20pm
“We don’t have details on casualties but were are on scene with the fire and the police and it is a serious collision.”
