Police are appealing for information following the vandalism in Montgarrie
Police are appealing for information about the theft of heavy plant equipment in the Sutherland area.
A police spokesman said two excavator buckets were removed from a trailer, which was parked next to the A839 at Bridge of Horn, near Rogart, between 2pm on October 31 and 9am on November 3.
He said both buckets were grey in colour. One was about 1ft wide and the other was 2ft wide.
